The Shipping takes from 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. For In stock and custom Rugs.

Weaving Of Our Berber Moroccan rugs Takes from 4 to 6 weeks if it's a custom Rug.

Once we proceed with shipment , a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been sent.

If you have a registered account with BERBERS MARKET, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Account, sign in to your account and click the ‘Order’ tab.

Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.



An estimated shipping time for your order will be available on your account and by email. You will also receive videos and images by email showing the progress of your handmade rug.

Unless otherwise specified, an estimated delivery time is subject to acceptance of your order and is calculated from the date your order is placed. The terms and conditions applied may differ depending on the shipping destinations.

If a shipping cost promotion is available, the reduced shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

If you have a pre-ordered, personalized, or monogrammed item, delivery times may be longer than shown in the table. Please refer to our confirmation for estimated delivery times.

Nota bene, all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Since we are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order, any  changes are not permitted once the order is shipped.

International shipping rates vary depending on the country. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout. To view the shipping cost for your order, simply add items to your basket, then select your shipping destination from the drop-down menu.

However, if you need to return an item, or exchange it, we are happy to help. Please find below more information on our return policy.



BERBERS MARKET will only accept, for return or exchange, items that are in a new condition, unused and with all original tags, labels attached, your order number and any related accessories included.  

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything BERBER MARKETS reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. We do not accept returns for personalized rugs.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please contact our customer service before proceeding to your return to get a confirmation.

Please make sure all returned items are well-packed, so as not to be damaged in the process. 



  1. All returns must be authorized by BERBERS MARKET prior to shipping, if not, the return will be refused;
  1. Once the order received, you have 14 days to return it;
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, or similar, that will prevent the item(s) from damage while in transport;
  3. Directly after shipping your item, you must provide us with the tracking number;
  4. The returned item remains under your responsibility until it arrives in our warehouses.



To organize a return from the US after receiving the confirmation from our team, please place the item securely in its original packaging with all original forms, and mail it to the following address:

To organize a return from outside the US after receiving the confirmation from our team, we recommend that you use our services in order to facilitate your return.

It will allow you to benefit from our preferential prices, avoid any additional charges and receive your refund or exchange quicker.

To do so, please mention it in the Return Request Form (, along with the package weight and dimensions, and our team will get back to you with an estimate of the return cost. A prepaid shipping label will be then emailed to you.

If you want to take care of the return, after receiving the confirmation from our team, please place the item securely in its original packaging with all original forms, and mail it to the following address:

As soon as you ship the item, you must send us the tracking number.


After reception of your return in our premises, it takes 3 to 5 days for the processing of the return and verification of the items. In case of an exchange, the desired item will be shipped. In case of a return, it will take 5-7 business days to process the refund. 

If the return was made through our carrier, the return costs, previously communicated, will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.



  • Refunds are processed in the original form of payment;
  • Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable;
  • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.



In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. You must make your cancellation request within 24 hours, please Contact Us by email ( as soon as possible after placing your order, then Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note that once it has been placed we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order.

If your order cannot be cancelled it will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping.

The Returns & Cancellations Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
